What's with all them negative vibes from you lately?
What they should have done was separate "S4" and "GT" in 87 (or anytime earlier) to distinguish the auto's from the manuals.

Another point of interest, in THAT ISSUE, the Car and Driver folks were talking mid engine Corvette back then, too.
