Wiring Harness
installed new harness from Sean. Easy install and corrected a host of electrical issues. Dash brighter & idles like a purring kitten. If you are thinking about getting one. Treat yourself & your shark. You won’t be dissapointed.

Sean's harnesses are awesome and I guarantee the cars running original harnesses have no idea they are living on borrowed time. Mine looked great from the outside, always kept clean and detailed. As soon as I replaced my engine 2 years ago it literally started crumbling in my hands. Bought one of Sean's harnesses and never looked back and the car has been running great since then.

You got instructions???!! LOL
I bought the wiring harness and can verify it's a work of art!!
A couple of suggestions:

A couple of suggestions:
- It comes pre-installed with the O-ring clamp that connects to the passenger cam tower
- Comes with extra clips that connect the wire to the back of the alternator and the clip that holds the ABS line to the front Driver TB cover
- Possible solution that covers starter wire connection

I know those clips are available from Roger, just figured people reused the ones they had, but can see those not still being on some cars.
Not sure what you mean on this one. I'm up for anything that makes these things better so let me know.
Thanks for the cudo's guys. I appreciate it.

I will look and see if those O-ring clamps are available now, they weren't when I started. If they are and they aren't typical of Porsche's outrageous prices, I'll put those on.

1) Even if there some other clamping solution that does the job I think that would work. What I didn't like was having to remove all the wires from the t14 connector after you had so beautfully put them in there and then I muck it up!
2) Some of those clips get broken on side or get lost in the bottomless pit of my garage
3) Similar to the concept of having the rubber protectors over the oil pressure sender wires and gauge - same for the starter wires...
thanks!!

Ahh, I get what you mean. That would be interesting to have and would look pretty nice too. I'll look in to it. Thanks.
If I can get those ring clamps I'd put those on before doing the 14 pin connection so no depinning needed.

Where can I find these instructions? I ordered a harness and I didn't receive any instructions. I haven't crawled around to see how difficult the installation would be but instructions are always helpful. I'm especially concerned about disassembling the 14 pin connector as mentioned above. Thanks in advance.

I did not get any instructions for my wiring harness, and it was pretty simple to install. Sean does excellent work and it solved a lot of intermittent issues I was having. It is nice to know that it will be great for another 25 plus years.

Sean - I can PM you but could you post them here? Even though I installed mine I would be curious to see how I did against your instructions.

I will do that. I wasn't complaining BTW. I just saw this post and thought that instructions might be helpful. Thanks.
