Default Round plastic lids for front bumper needed (78-86)

Anyone have a couple of these laying around? Part no 928 505 131 02, they are no longer available from Porsche. Would be very happy to find a set (or even one if someone have that).

Thanks.

I think Nate makes those with a 3D printer.

I think I may have a couple spare ones laying around that I made. How many do you need? Just the two? I'll check when I get home from work today.

Hi Nate if you are printing these please let me know, I could use 8, have some that a body shop broke, and another car that has one or two missing.
These get very brittle as you know, when removing old ones I use a heat gun to soften the PU and the black plug, I'm guessing they just pried them out

And you did a GREAT job for all of us remaking the Inside Temp sensors

Thanks,

Dave K

Thanks Dave! And no worries, I can make more no problem. I'll let you know when they are ready. And yes, the same thing happened to my OEM ones. When pried out the tangs tend to break. My versions have a rounded edge on the tang (as opposed to the flatter OEM edge) which makes them easier remove but still allows for a snug fit.

Thanks Roger. I was just checking our old emails about this and was going to reach out to confirm what you had in stock.

Dave and paalw best to go with what Roger has available. One source for these is more than enough IMO. Plus I could use all the free time I can find to finish up the center console surrounds.

The plugs are $23.50 each or $80 for 4.
