FYI, No structural damage, older car, it will lose approximately 10%-12% of it's pre-accident trade-in value. Even though it's a Porsche, there are plenty of older ones rolling around with bad Carfaxes. Get a diminished value appraisal from a licensed guy in Florida. Preferably one who contacts dealers and not one of the formula or algorithm guys which will get you nowhere.

Seems like a good time to remove rub strips. Also, you're much better off going through your insurance and letting them recover from his insurance than working directly with his insurance carrier. You're your carrier's customer and they have an interest in making you happy, especially since the costs will eventually be paid by his carrier. His carrier has an interest in getting out of this at the lowest possible cost.

Keep in mind that your car was originally painted with solvent borne paint. Any touchup will be water borne base coat, clear coat.
