Default 1990 S4 Electric Fan activation issue.

Hey guys

Only 1 of my electric fans is working. The fan kicks in when it should but the other fails to activate. My AC doesn’t work. Could this be linked? Fuses & temp switch are good. Maybe the fan Control module?

Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Dan.

Ask yourself what was the last thing i fixed?.

check the two wires bolted to the battery + terminal ,
make sure they are both tight.......... disconnect the ground strap first.

Swap the connector from the running fan to the non running fan see if it works.

Check the relay panel for the wrong relay fitted to the cooling fan relay slot
