Easy peasy - cable only pushed through from the transmission end - crimped at the throttle end with a threaded rod to take the ball joint.

I called around and all they have is the inside cable. The problem with the one I bought is the sheath near the transmission is stretched out. So I need the conduit as well. 239 dollars from Porsche. 928 international is NLA.
