Yes, It's missing a couple things - like the surround for the 14-pin connector.

That is an earlier harness - I'd have to say at least 2 years old, maybe more. Current harnesses (see pictures) use color-correct Porsche-striped wires, siliconized wire loom, and a larger wire from the alternator to the post for upgrade alternators.

That harness is still very serviceable for a stock car. By the pictures, looks like the one for a 1989-95 928.
