Thumbs up 930 slantnose look on a 928

I got a diease and the only cure is 928 and 930 slantnose Porsches!!!

Here is my fantasy version of what a new 928 should have and it wouldn't have a Boxster corporate front end bolted on.

You've managed to make it look like a 924!

Make the lids clear lexan and put HID lights behind it!

Moving the vents closer to the windscreen would make for an easier fresh air duck system!

The factory 911 Slantnose used 944/924 headlights. I've seen this "look" before where people fill in the holes and paint over them. From a distance it looks like flush pop-up headlights. As others have noted, it looked like a 924 with fender flares.

I agree but I like the vents. I wonder what it would look like with missles or lasers that pop out of the fenders!

Lose the 924 popups, keep the vents. What did the vents do on the 930 anyway?- Ruf

Yes, the vents are good, but with stock-style lights.

I always thought a good Bond-style mod for the 928 would be to make the headlights drop down a little below their off position so the machine guns/laser cannons/missle launchers could come forward and fire over the lights.

I always figured the twin MG-42's could just flip out from underneath the rocker panels, fixed-fire of course. The hatch glass would then pop open and allow the rear, remote-controlled gatling gun to cover the back and sides.

I've put too much thought into this, obviously.

You haven't thought as nearly as much as I have.
