Are front lower control arms interchangeable?

Are front lower control arms interchangeable?
While putting the suspension back together on an 89 Euro I noticed that both front lower control arms have the same part number. PET lists different numbers for left and right.

Thanks all. I had marked them left and right, so they are going back to where they came from.
