Heck, I remember something for Turbo Buicks (parts released) in the 90s which was very crude, especially compared to the MF.
I have one of those MFs sitting on a shelf. Came off a SC system for a '93 Trans Am. Has 3 injectors on a sandwich plate that bolts after the throttle body. Was planing to use it when fabricating the Paxton SC for my 928 but decided to go even more old school than the MF.......went with a 8:1 ratio FMU instead. Works like a charm, probably leaves hp on the table but I don't care, it has done it's job for over 12.5 years

Totally agree.I have lots of experience with 931,944, 951 and 944 3L motors. The pistons are so robust.Mahle or Kolbensmit I've measured a 10mm crown thickness on a 4.7l 928S euro specs piston Amazing.!

The required tune is arguably more important than the new hardware pieces bolted onto the engine.
