Default VAC line help- no power to manifold

So basically none of my hvac flaps that direct air or heat to different parts of the car work. I tested all vacuum lines under the hood and we are good there. I then went and pulled the vac line manifold with the solenoids from under the console and checked vacuum on all lines. Two tested bad. I went on to test power from each solenoid wire and got no power on any of the lines tested. I grounded to the manifold and inserted the other end into the wire and moved the directional lever on ccu and got nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

JW: I'm sure there is a thread on this, search is your friend. It would help if you posted the M/Y of your car.

One place to search is "928passion.com" and find Dwaynes Garage tab there. He has documented many procedures with step by step descriptions.
