Chad,
Thanks for the inquiry. I will start shipping parts out this week. I will also be unveiling a website that is to be used as resource for 928 forced induction folks.

I put together this resource for those still gathering parts.

The prices for my parts are good for the buyers of the first run and those that have already confirmed with me that they want in on a second run. My prices may have go up about 10-15%.

• 928 SUPERMODELS Parts Groupo $1705
This is everything needed to install and run the Jaguar/Eaton M112 or Whipple 2300AX that can’t be bought off the shelf and would have to fabricate. Included is a 356 T6 shot peened aluminum supercharger manifold, 6061 aluminum hard anodized belt tensioner/snout support, 6061 aluminum hard anodized electronically balanced crank and power steering pullies, throttle linkage, air inlet, crank case oil breather, intake plumbing, gaskets, and fasteners. You won’t have to fabricate anything besides cutting a few hoses. These and the intercoolers are the only parts I stock.
• 928 SUPERMODELS Air to Water Intercooler system. IC01, to 920 cfm $935.00
Though, it is possible to run a low boost non-intercooled system. I have a smaller IC but need to figure out pricing. These intercoolers are integrated in the manifold and reside in the V of the engine. They are in an insulated plenum putting the discharge only 4 inches from the intake port preventing heat soak post cooling. They use a highly efficient bar and plate core and a heat exchanger designed for water/glycol (not anoil cooler).
• Jaguar /Eaton M112 Supercharger from $200 used to $600 re-built
You may get lucky and find one of these brand new on e-bay for as little as $350-$500 like many of us have. Re-built units are generally available from http://www.canadiansupercharger.com/ thought they don’t list them on their site.

• Whipple 2300AX supercharger about $1980 from
www.superchargers4less.com To avoid confusion about prcing realize that for the Whipple you need an SC, a drive snout and a pulley. The above price is inclusive. Most prices just list the SC. Whipple claims their superchargers are the most efficient available of any kind. Read more about them at http://www.whipplesuperchargers.com/...p?ProdID=1162. It uses the same internals as the superchargers on the Mercedes CL55 AMG and the Ford GT supercar.

• 8 30# Ford Motor Sports fuel injectors $219.88
You may get these from www.summittracing.com (http://store.summitracing.com/produc...earchtype=ecat) for a set of 8. These are ok for up to about 8-10 psi. Above that you will need 36# or 42# injectors.
• Bell Engineering Group 2025 boost sensitive rising rate fuel pressure regulator $160.
Seller 16249 on e-bay has proven to be a good source of these with price starting at about $160. No Affiliation.
• Magnuson Products By-Pass Valve $60
Part No. 19-15-01-000 Link http://www.magnusonproducts.com/bypass.htm
• Boost Gauge $55
• Air Fuel Ratio Meter $100-$150
I use the Split Second ARM-1 http://www.splitsec.com/ www.928GT.com carries these too. (WBo2 sensors start at around $1500)
• 8-rib belt for Supercharger $25
• 4-rib belt for power steering $15
• K&N air filter $30
• Various small hoses $30
• Misc clamps, wire, etc… $100
• ‘87+ cars need the 85-86 throttle body and throttle switch $100-$150 from www.928international.com

Hey guys,
I just wanted to make sure there is no confusion over the pricing. The parts groupo is $1705 and the intercooler is $935 big or $575 (for people who have already ordered the) regular one. The parts Groupo and Intercooler are seperate items and priced seperately.

Andy:
Where do I fit in this context? I am operating under the impression that I had the last of the first run manifolds, machined for the Whipple S/C.

By the way, your PM's area is too full for more messages.

Hi Andy ... I know this is an old forum, but any chance of buying an intake manifold. I'm just trying to put together a simple non intercooled magnacharger system on my 89 s4. Or can you point me in the direction to get one. Thanks Vic

Dave Roberts at 928 Specialists (928gt.com) might have an old manifold. He bought the castings from Andy.

Does anyone know how much it cost to cast a custom manifold? I am a bit tired with the stock S4 manifold.

Casting will be expensive, several thousand dollars. You could do a billet version, and then install it, or do a welded one as well if you can find a good welder that will do a one off.

You would also have to design and give the plans to the welder...

If you wait a bit, I will be posting something in billet that I have done that includes intercoolers and a 1700 CFM throtle body for an S4/GT/GTS motor...

Cheers,
