Devek Sway Bar Heaim joint Bushings...
having a horrible time trying to find heim joint reducer bushings.
I need 5/8 od to 12mm id reducers, with a .25" shoulder on them.
Any supplier hints?

Jeff,
I think you may well find those were a custom machine shop fabrication. The through bolt is metric but for whatever reason Devek seemed to specify imperial dimensions. I found this to be the case with the allen bolt and had to order an imperial measure unit from the States to get the bugger undone. Similarly I concluded that the heim joints themselves were imperial spec and thus the custom transition bush.
I studied this when I was trying to figure out what I would do if and when I needed spares. I concluded the adapter bush would have to be custom made- no problem here- plenty of little workshops with Asian chaps who can do this sort of thing for a few bucks.
Apologies I cannot add more of real world value.

Jeff, your description of them brings to my mind some bronze bushings with a shoulder on them. I think they can be obtained is a multitude of configurations. I would find the one with the correct shoulder and OD, then ream it out with the correct size ID to fit the metric bore you need. The reamer can likely be found on eBay and all you will need is a drill press and something to hold the bushing. You might even be able to do it with a hand held drill motor. I would do it in my Lathe, but I doubt that you have one of those.
There might even be a number or letter drill bit that is close enough to the ID to meet your needs, rather than a reamer.
Or, pick them up from Mark A.
