"Mr. Lucky" is right! Glad you didn't have that adventure in the U-Boat!

I bet you changed your tires... and underwear!

Meanwhile, safe from the risks of the road, the XX8 (aka U-Boat), (aka Beyonce') is quietly sitting in the garage at 52 degrees under a heavy coat of wax and Leatherlique. Time stands still...

Battery disconnected, fresh fluids, tires at 50 lbs and covered most of the time... But sometimes I just gotta get under there and tend to the little things...

Does 'tending to the little things' include sitting behind the wheel making 'vroom vroom' sounds?

It does for me.

Joe,

That is funny! I do make sounds sometimes mostly low growls... To keep in tune with the sound this engine makes!

All good!

And here is one if the limited Japanese edition:
https://www.classic-trader.com/au/ca...s4/1991/196634The rims are not original. The interior is also curious, without the usual rootwood inserts.

Samuel,

Thanks for sharing this one with us! It is a beautiful low mile example that has found its way to Australia, lucky Australians! Germany! Lucky Europe!

Mizuma was the importer of these cars into Japan and they ordered them on an individual - unique basis. Most of them were slathered with options!

Enjoy!
