He was simply trying to save the lives of his brothers in service.
So in this case, absolutely. God bless him and the men and women trying to bring that god-forsaken country into the 21st century. We need more positive media programming on men like him, not freaks like Michael Jackson.

**** hot guys you rock. Much less then I can say for the post I made in the OT forum.
Here is the story, almost directly from the horses mouth:
They had this Iraqi scumbag prisoner/detainee/whatever you call him, and they were interrogating him for information about the whereabouts of other Iraqi terrorists in the city. As you know, they have blended in and our guys go out in the middle of the street to draw out their fire, to find them.
As far as I know, Col. West was ALONE in the room with this guy (I am going to talk to my "source" some more tomorrow to make sure that is correct). He is questioning this scumbag, and in doing so fires his sidearm twice near the guys head in attempts to scare the terrorist into providing information. Apparently it work, and the scumbag sang and some of what he said was about an abush to take place on our troops in the city. Col. West of course used this information to prevent the ambush from ever happeneing, thereby saving who knows how many of our men from coming home in flag-draped coffins. No one but Col West was there (again, I'm goign to confirm that) and Col. West wrote it in his report about the interrogation. HE WROTE IT. No one told on him. Col. West's integrity is what "told on" him.
Thanks to those who signed. This situation really hits home. The military is a small world. This man should be given a medal, not a court marshal.
