Default What did you get for Christmas?

Curious what goodies everyone got for Christmas, particularly Porsche related. As I am waiting around until weather warms up enough to replace my blown head gasket, two of my gifts this year were perfect for keeping my 951 excitement alive. My wife got me a Moma steering wheel and my step son got me a Porsche jacket. What did you get?

Some dry aged steaks

Got myself a TiAl wastegate, TiAl BOV, and a fire extinguisher + mount for the 951.

Books (mostly about Geo. Washington/Rev. War).
However, I gave my 3 year old grandson a 1:18 scale 997 Carrera S model. It is now his favorite toy (at least till he goes back home)

Not exactly Porsche related, but I did get a nice bearing/bushing driver set. Not one of those tools you particularly need, but it'll be nice not to have to search for a piece of pipe or socket that's just the right size anymore!

I got a pencil that has rosemary seeds embedded in to it. So after its used up it can be planted and rosemary comes out.

Treehuggers idea of a gift.

Well I just don't know what to say, to be honest, I like my presents better, but that is just probably me! LOL Kidding, great you are doing something for the environment.

Late to respond, but an electric Snap-On torque wrench good for 12 to 250 ft-lbs, does degrees, etc. Much nicer (and more accurate) than the harbor freight wrench of questionable accuracy I had been using.

The second isn't strictly holiday related, but a 2002 Tacoma support vehicle. It's in pretty good shape, save for some idle issues and a few broken plastic things here and there. It's been the 944 making trips to auto parts stores this week, though.

Late reply to this thread, but I'm new - just joined today.

I got a 1988 944S for Christmas. I also got some nice 996 wheels to replace the stock 15" phone dials. I should post a pic but I don't even have a good one yet. I'll post a before and after with the wheels later this week.

Quick Reply: What did you get for Christmas?
