Default What cable is this?

Pulled out my passenger seat and found this cable. I'm Guessing it's either for a power seat I don't have, an amp, or a sub (also that I don't have). Any more educated guesses?

Thanks! Interesting that it was wired for it even though there was no option for a power passenger seat

it's cheaper to build one wiring harness and just not use portions than it is to make 2 harnesses..

Also, for RHD cars, this cable would be pertinent for drivers' seats.
