Article About Painting a 944
I recently performed a complete color change paint job on one of my Porsche 944s. I have placed an article about the painting process on my website (link below in signature line) where the article is linked directly on the home page. Also, here is the URL:
https://newhillgarage.com/2016/11/29...ack-car-paint/
This article is specifically about painting a 944 but there is a lot of general interest content about the painting process, should you be in the market to do it yourself or hire the job out. Note that I am most definitely not a professional painter but I hope you will see there is a lot you can do yourself and/or hire the job out, coming from a position of knowledge regarding what to ask for, and what you are getting.
Enjoy!

Thanks for sharing.
Is there a different mix used to paint pliable items like the bumper covers? I seem to recall this from back in the day when I helped out in a bodyshop.

I used this for the front air dam, for instance.
