Last year someone told me the headlights, when up, creates a vortex that helps reduce the drag of the side mirrors, Truth or fiction?

I dunno how accurate the list is?

But the 924 with or without the rear hatch spoiler, and all 944 models except the Turbo are all .35, the 968 was worst at .34 and the 944 turbo the best at .33

I'm guessing this is all without the lights up ?

that works on some cars (nissan leaf) but i very much doubt it's the case on the 944.

better tell Porsche that their 944 LeMans car could have gone faster if they left the pop-ups on

I wonder if this OE Bodykit for the 924S improves the drag coefficient ..... it suggests so in the advertisement above but no figures /data given....

Interesting............................

This is kinda why I fitted a (slightly) lower front valance and the rear hatch spoiler and (Dan) Gurney Flap....

With my Slim Jim mirrors I wonder what the Cd would be in a tunnel .33?

Your car looks great on the track. The bridge spoiler you have at the rear makes a lot of sense to me! Technically that's not a gurney flap, but similar.

Yes, it looked ok and drove alright on track although the 40 year design was quite evident as the other 99% of cars were mostly modern inc. Gt3's & 4's etc..

I'll get round to making a front lower splitter / engine tray sometime something like this ..
