Waaaay OT: What music do you listen to?
Off topic, I know, but it seems to be the trend tonight, and since I am one for following trends (lol). Just out of curiosity, what type of music do all of you listen to? I listen to mostly heavy metal, and some softer rock.
Band list:
Evanescence
Otep
Mudvayne
Matchbox Twenty
Iced Earth
Union Underground
Shinedown
TRUSTcompany
A Perfect Circle
Seether
Ozzy Osbourne
Metallica
Sinch
StoneSour
...and many others...
So, what type of music do you listen to?

I love classic Jazz like Miles Davis, John Coltran, Charlie Parker and Stan Getz. I am and will always be a metal head from the '80's but I'm definately widening out as I've gotten older. I use to be able to listen to metal 24/7, but I'm so mood oriented now that my music follows the mood pretty much all of the time.
Some modern groups that I like are as follows:
Audioslave
Shawn Mullins
Anything Ozzy
Kid Rock
Linkin Park
Some Limp Bizkit
Black Label Society (Zack Wilde)
Mike Tramp (Ex-White Lion front man... just amazing stuff)
Kip Winger solo stuff (again, this guy is better without Winger)
And of course Metallica (saw them at the opening show in Detroit "Go Sanitarium Tour")

Metal Metal Metal and Metal. Reggae and blues too. That said, and not be be harsh, just to be helpful: If your title starts with OT, then it probably should be OF (off forum). Oh and it's "burgundy", but I love the color. So does this mean we can expect to see a giant Sepultura graphic in your back window soon?
Cheers,

Just about every genre, including COUNTRY and RAP! Though the only country artist I listen to is the late-great Johnny Cash.
I mostly listen to older rock (70's stuff), but also more obscure current rock bands. Nothing really main stream in the rock category. Here's all the files I have on my computer (left my CD's at home )
At The Drive-in (hard to describe, but one of my favorite. Broke up a few years ago)
Some classical stuff
Sinatra
Johnny Cash
Fugazi (80's semi-punk band)
Led Zepplin
Mars Volta (ATDI spin-off band, maybe my favorite. Again, it's a really wierd style)
Minor Threat (80's punk band)
AC/DC
Creedance Clearwater Revival
Blues Brothers
Doors
Social Distortion
Murder City Devils (obscure kinda-rock band)
Various Rap artists
Rolling Stones
White Stripes
Dead Kennedys
Misfits (older stuff only, when Danzig was there)
There's some more one-songers I got. I know I'm still missing a lot of bands I listen to too. Oh well, I'm going home this weekend so I'll be able to pickup my CD's.

Hey man, Fugazi is still recording and touring. Best band ever (in my opinion).
