Guys I bought a new rubber fuel flap and I am wondering how it installs. It looks like its attached to a metal ring around the filler neck, does the ring just pull out ?? I don't want to break the rubber seals inside the lid. Thanks for the help.

 

It's a big snap ring, you can pry it out of place with 2 flat screwdrivers
