There's a guy on here (944UK) parting some cars right now that would have that part, I would ask him.

Similar bike brake cables are $2 in my town, there isn't much difference really. Sleeves are cheap and plentiful, too. You're paying loads for the end fittings in this case.
Creativity might solve this but you obviously gotta do it right.

Ask the guys at "Wheeler Dealers" where they have strange parts re-made. The always seem to have some obscure shop in a village that makes "specialty" parts.
