Anybody ever notice the 944 turbo (or S2) in this movie?
When Nicholas Cage steps out of the diner (where his mother works) he's greeted by the two cops. There's a red 944 in the background.
Is it just me that's spotting 944s ?

Havent't seen the "Specialist" in some time so will have to keep an eye out. but the helicopters in the movie were supplied by the company I worked for at the time. Kinda cool to see a bird I've worked on in the movies. Also we supplied the choppers for "True Lies" but that was just about a month before I went to work for the company. Company now defunct, owener at the time ran it into the ground.

In The House Guest (cheesy movie with ritter and sinbad), there are lots of them... 2 different 944s - red one twice, gold one once, then a black 911 and a red 911... Pretty cool

Oh, and can't forget in Not Another Teen Movie when the 944 pulls up to the airport... Was with some friends at that one and one of them yells "Hell yeah, we rode here in one!" Got to cruise it past all the chicks after the movie... that was cool... Hah. :P

Beastmaster 2 had a 944 S2 Cab with Kari Wuhrer. The combo made the movie worth watching even though it was kinda stupid. I liked the first one though. I wander what would happen to a 944 if those monsters at the end of the first beastmaster try to melt, or rather ingest it.....

I thought "Not Another Teen Movie" had a 924, because it's supposed to be the same car the guy drove in "16 candles". Also, the fenders didn't appear flared. It should be on cable three or four more times tonight, I'll double check.
There's a 24 or 44 (couldn't tell which) in "Commando". When they follow the bad guy's 911 into the parking garage, they park near one.

LOL, I was watching The Matrix the other night with my wife and noticed the 944 in the background for the first time. I made her let me rewind like 5 times.
I remember seeing 16 Candles in the theates, and falling in love with that red 44. And I was positive it was a 944, not a 924, it had fender flares? That is probably the moment when I first decided I would have to own one. Took me about 5 years, and I had to start with a 924, but it was worth the wait.
