Default New car came with a fabspeed, no cat

My new 951 came with a full fabspeed 3" exhaust, no catalytic converter.

I have to get it inspected in Texas. Obviously without a cat it won't pass. My options feel like:

a) Hack up my awesome exhaust and put in a catalytic converter

b) Find some way to put in a "swappable" catalytic converter? Is this a thing?

c) Find someone to "inspect" it - but given that I don't know anyone and am the opposite of smooth, this seems unlikely to happen.

Would appreciate some opinions here.

Should be plenty of exhaust shops down there. I would pull the exhaust off and bring it that way. Saying the word Porsche causes inflation in shops.

So you are saying have an exhaust shop build an exhaust for it for the inspection? How much does something like that cost?

Sounds like you have a test pipe in place of the CAT with your Fabspeed exhaust. You can buy a Fabspeed or Speed Force Racing CAT for you Fabspeed exhaust that swaps out the test pipe.

Another option would be to sell me your exhaust and ship it to New Hampshire, then buy yourself another exhaust with a cat.

I think I have a few options before I go take a scalpel to the car. Going to see if I can't apply a little cash to the problem first, then also considering driving one county over to register it. I don't really want to cut the exhaust up if I can avoid it.
