Throwing this out there again, been doing this about 7 years for Rennlisters, Pelicans, and their referrals...have traveled from San Diego to San Francisco, and from west LA to Palm Springs to save 944s.

My time is more limited than in the past but I can schedule out some weekend time to fix your car.

I have all my own tools and come to your car to do the work.

Basic rate is $50/hour for work, generally I don't provide parts except as noted below...depending on distance I may ask for gas cost as well.

Timing/balance belt jobs, any year/model 944, $600 including parts.
Head gasket+belts, $1500 including parts/machining for NA. Turbo/S/S2 will cost extra due to added complexity...
Water pumps add $300, installed.
