Default '88' 944 engine rebuild

I have an ' 88' 944 engine that I have just torn down for a rebuild. The cylinders have some scoring, but i have seen worse. At what point do you consider resleeveing?

can you catch your fingernail on the scratches or does the nail glide easily enough over them?
thats the rule of thumb.

Pics? Is this a NA or turbo? NA's are a bit more forgiving with scratches.
