I replaced the timing belt, balance belt over the winter and started the car for the 1st time this morning and they started to squeal.
I checked with the 90 deg. cam belt twist, and I was able to turn the wp pulley with my gloves on, 270 deg. balance belt twist and everything feels right, but when put a socket on the crank and turn it 5-6 times, all the belts tighten and the water pump is impossible to move.
Any idea's why this is happening?

If it's too loose I would expect slapping of the belt, but it squeals, I will have to take a video, and see what folks think.
I took off my alt and p/s pump belts to verify it wasn't those belts squealing, just to rule out those. Still squealing like a stuck pig.
On a good note, I replaced my fuel jumper line with one of Larts fuel jumper lines, no leaks and all is good there.
Check out the mess this thing was, looked good until you start twisting the line. $80 insurance against engine fires.
