I think if I was going to sell my car, I would want everything in the picture I am taking and posting online to be perfect, because 1st impressions are lasting impressions, especially nowadays of online viewing.
Could the dealer fix the door handle, and the hazard button pretty easy, of course! It just shows the laziness and the unenthusiastic approach the dealer has towards this car.

One thing I can say, for 100k, that interior looks very well-kept, especially the dash and carpet. I initially thought someone may have installed a dash cap [popular fix for cracked dashes] but upon further examination, close-ups say otherwise. To put a dash, carpet, seats, and door cards, in this condition, into a worn 944 will cost $1000-$1500...which is what I would value that interior.
Gearbox is $500, give or take. If the dealer is willing, ask them to send you a photo of the options sticker, in the trunk, under the carpet between the taillights. If its got the M220 LSD, the car's value just went up $1000.
There's probably at least another $1000 in big misc parts [engine, bumpers, fenders suspension, hatch]. You can always have a local shop run a compression/leakdown, but I think if you got this car for $2500, you'd be doing well.
