Thumbs up Day of firsts!

Today was just an awesome day for firsts in the ol' N/A! The wife and I set out for our first trip to Epcot in Orlando to celebrate our first anniversary. Along the way, in Mount Dora near 44C, I saw my first *live* 968..... I pissed my pants, as my wife could attest to. It was red and looked to be in pristine condition. I waved to him and got a peace sign back, but I was too happy to care if he flicked me off! I soooooooo want one now. I have for a while, but man.... Anyway, I digress.

The other big first today was on the way home, on I-4 East just past John Young Parkway, a old white 911SC passed, and returned my ....

Did you guys hear me?

A 911 waved at a 944 ! ! ! ! I say this only half sarcastically, of course...

Just wanted to share the good day with those who I know would appreciate it!

I have been lucky this summer. I have seen a 968 cab, coupe, 944 S2 cab, and a brand new 911 Turbo. The guy driving didn't seem to check out my car, but his female passenger did. Now, in order to make me "**** my pants", as you so eleqeuntly put I think I would have to see a 968 Turbo S original stock.

It must suck to live in america, as far as Porsche's go. There is this RUF that i pass almost everyday, and he is the one that iniated the whole waving thing. I didn't see him the first day until it was too late, but he still waved the next day and i saw it in time then and returned a wave and flash.

I don't want to move back to the states.... there aren't enough P-cars and you have to drive waaaaaayyyyyyyy toooooooooooo sloooooowwwww.

It was a club thing I think, just all in a line going down the coqihalla. Saw a few 944s that day too, and IIRC a recent 911. That drive is really awsome to do in a nice car.

Lot of Porsches in my area. See a lot of 944 Turbos, things like that. Some people who live close to my neighborhood have a 996TT and a 914-6 GT (one of 38, featured in excellence)

Sandoval,

How did you get the big dent in the bottom of your 968? Also you are missing one of the small inspection/access panels and the other is loose.
