I am more surprised by the fact that Hennesey actually completed a car than its' performance.

Don't worry, they probably still have a warehouse full of dismantled ones!

Too bad it's a Dodge.

Saw a silver one of these bring dropped off for service when I went to pick up my 951 at the body shop. Guess the guy was afraid to have his car serviced at the Dodge dealer. Eek!

I bet i can beat it in the twisties. I just cant see that monster being able to doing anything else but 100% foward motion. Now i remember Gemballa twin-turboed a diablo at over 800-hp that not only flew...but could handle better than our cars ever could. THAT is impressive. Just my very biased opinion. (plus, the Viper is american...it gurgles like a drunk pig through its exhaust...) The howl of a Veyron or Pagani seems to stir me a bit more.

I'm a Dodge boy at heart, and even if I was not, that car is bad ***. Twisties? Humm.. I do recall seeing Vipers hang with a good number of Porsches on the track.

Check out the HP sheet... notice the comment at the bottom... (300 miles on motor, 10psi, 150 NOS) They did not mention the NOS shot in the ad.. but still... that's some serious power for a road car.
