5 speed, NA. Needs the usual maintenance, but I've got all the parts in a box waiting to go on. Totally lost interest in this years ago and just want it out of my garage. Unknown miles, with branded title, so if you want a track or parts car, this is it. Has a few extra things to go with it as far as interior trim and stuff like that. $2000 or best offer.
New tires, plugs, wires, fuel pressure damper, filter and regulator.
Needs a battery, the cruise circuit board resoldered and time.

Yes, it does run but it needs a new battery. It requires the usual belts and waterpump deal, engine seals, ball joint rebuild and the cruise control circuit board resoldered.
Where's the options tag located again, I haven't looked at this car in so long its hard to remember.
Branded title is just something the dmv puts on the title to mark as being salvage, odometer fraud, flood, etc. Mine had the odometer rolled back.

No, that's a different story, there's a legitimate reason for swapping a cluster if one is broken, and usually you can swap the odometer clicker over to the other cluster, at least you can in my Neon. To physically roll back the odometer as a person, especially with a dealers license, for selling purposes, that is against the law.
I jumped into this car very impulsively and had no idea what I was in for, until I joined this forum in 2006, I was very active for about a year, and then I lost interest, as I wasn't very mechanically inclined at the time. If I can't sell it I guess I will eventually attempt to fix it, now that I am much more experienced, or part it out, but I am not sure I would be excited about either option.

I like the white-colored interior trim. I was thinking of doing that with mine (my 944 is also a white 1986 NA by complete coincidence). Did you do it yourself?
I had planned to extend the white to the window switch panels as well, since the trim flows into them.

I will go and snap a pic of the option code sticker for you tomorrow.
Yeah, it was originally a god awful brown inside, and I went black, but thought it needed to be broken up. I too was going to extend it onto the door panels but never got there.
