Replaced DME relay
I have tach bounce.
It seems to be sucking air but car has after market cold air intake
Sprayed starter fluid in cylinders but it only putted slightly.
Changed battery
Jumped dme with paper clip heard gas pump sounded like injectors working. Stilll no fire

You need 3 things...fuel, spark, and compression.

What does "checked spark good" mean? You've verified spark at each plug while cranking? Have you verified primary [0.4-0.6 ohms] and secondary [5.0-7.2 kohms] resistance at the coil?

What does "checked gas at rail good" mean? You pulled the end cap, cranked for thirty seconds, and verified the pump discharged the specified 850 cc of fuel into a container? Ideally, you should verify your fuel pressure at the rail. At this point, I would pull the rail with the injectors attached to see if they are firing and have similar spray patterns while cranking.

"Replaced DME relay"...with a new or used one? With a factory or aftermarket part?

Have you verified compression? I would take 5 minutes, pull the front covers, and verify your cam belt is still in one piece.

Let us know what you find.

The DME relay is an aftermarket intermotor brand. Is this no good?

take your old DME that you know used to work, take the cover off of it and look at the circuit board - look for cracks in the solder where the upper relay attaches - if there are cracks, resolder and try that relay.

I removed spark plugs and let set for a night. Put plugs back in and car started right up. Must have been flooded.
