Unless you are willing to accept used lug nuts and then repaint them or have them coated you will have to pay between $5 and $7 a nut. Unless you opt for the open ended steel lug nuts. They are approximately $1 a piece. If you ever decided to do any PCA club racing you will have to have the steel lug nuts. The aluminum factory nuts are not allowed.
Here is a link to the steel nuts.

The part number for the factory aluminum nuts is 999 182 003 36

just be aware that the P-car wheel balancing is sensitive…even with the lug nuts...I used steel wheel locks and had a slight shimmy until I changed to the OEM (light as could be) locks

And the light as can be ones (They are wicked light) if they get cracked and corroed (sp?) you'll be in a world of hurt.

eBay often has new sets of 20 Alloy for $60 - OEM quality too. Just use a dab of never seize on the studs before you torque them to 92 LF - they'll always come off OK.

Gee wiz Sid, for somebody as smart as you seem to be your spelling is for sh*t. ![Wink](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
So I have a question since we are talking about aluminum lug nuts. What kind of lifespan do you think they have? By that I mean how many times do you really think they can be removed, replaced, torqued before you should consider replacing them. And just think, they also get heat cycled on a regular basis.
Along those lines, I would never buy used ones.
Oh, and the factory torque is like 95 or 96 ft lbs, not 92 (big difference huh?)
And no, titanium would not be a good idea, it galls too easily.
