daddy likes silver.... *drool*
also, the yellow one is the only one with the getto ugly mirrors. the silver and red one have mirrors styled a la 928/968/993... *licks lips*
it really looks like they made the intake impervious to cigarette butts though... LOL boxster engine fire style... muhahaha
they're all drop dead gorgeous!
maybe in about 50 years or so...

I think the silver and black cars are prototype test mules while yellow is probably a pre-production prototype (read almost production ready).
If you look closely you can see differences like in the tail lights, roof shape, windows, black panel where license place is, etc

Wow, that actually did just the opposite for me, now I don't really think they look that good. The top and rear deck look kind of cobbled together. Maybe it will grow on me, like the 914.
Good call on that M758, and did you notice the tail lights on the mules actually almost look like boat trailer lights under a couple hunks of plexi?

They probably were cobbled together. The pics at porsche.com and in the recent issue of panorama don't have the rivets on the top or tape holding the taillight assembly on
(A half-million dollar supercar held together by tape!)
Remember these are rolling research platforms, that's why they have the computers inside. I'd still take one.
