Bay Area Porsche Breakfast Club this Sunday
Bay Area Porsche Breakfast Club meeting this Sunday at 9 AM at Alice's Restaurant in Woodside, CA. All the details are on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/groups/BayAreaPorscheBreakfast If you will be oining us please make note in the comments section so I have an idea of the number for the restaurant.
We MAY have a shop visit following breakfast. I just don't have things completely nailed down on that yet.
This is open to ALL P-car folks not just 944/51/68. So even Cayenne's and Panamera's are welcome
Looking forward to meeting folks.

Well the first meeting for the Bay Area Porsche Breakfast Club had a small turn out. It was just myself and Al and we managed to miss one another. DUH! I even saw his car. My bad. I hope things will be better and larger for next month.
So you can put this on your calendar, BAPBC will meet at 9 AM on 17 Nov (3rd Sunday of the month) again at Alice's Restaurant in Woodside. While I know it's a hellava drive for some (about 70 miles each for me) due to it's location/roads we'll stick with it (at least for a while)
I can set up a tour of a local shop if enough are interested. That said, I need to hear from you in regards to how far you are open to driving for shop tours. This can become as big of a thing as people want it to be. Or it can remain simple and just be a bunch of Porsche minded guys/gals getting togehter for breakfast once a month.
I'm looking forward to hearing your feedback and thoughts.

Hopefully I'll make it next time also. Early Sunday mornings are about the only time you can go out and drive (relatively) hassle-free in the Bay Area.

My drive from North Bay down was completely pain free. And once I got on Skyline (the last 12 miles) even keeping speeds reasonable was great fun. No traffic... I only came upon 2 cars in front of me in the 12 miles and they both pulled over rather quickly to let me by. I'm looking forward to doing that drive again!
