Regardless what the owner says in that ad, its a project/spares car, $800 max

Dash badly cracked
Original seats missing
Switches missing
Speakers missing
Center cover missing
Sitting for years
Needs belts & FOES
Probably needs new rubber throughout
Clutch, suspension, trans, brakes? Probably all need servicing.

IMO he probably took anything good out of that car to service his other 944's

"This is a running, driving 944, not a junk non running project like others listed"

lol, it's junk needs interior work so does the exterior, needs JUST a ac belt but he doesn't recommend driving the car for long distances. if it looks like junk, sounds like junk and smells like junk it's junk

The previous owners friend tried to tow the car by putting the tow strap around the tension rod for the A/C compressor & it bent it real bad

I know the owner of this car. The car was purchased for like $600 bucks or something, non-running with Fuchs on it.

He sold the Fuchs for more than a grand, got the car running, replaced a few parts, including the windshield, and is now trying to sell the car to make a few bucks.

It's not something any of us wouldn't do either.... If it were me though, personally, I would have fixed a lot more crap on it to be posting it for that price. There is some really easy things to fix on that car to make it more presentable.

Anyhow, are you in the Atlanta area? If you are nearby I'll keep my eyes peeled for anyone I know selling their 944.
