Probably OK if the bore is not pitted or scored.
Many rebuild the slave cylinder.
Honing may be possible for very faint lines inside.

Aren't these only like $60 new? I wouldn't bother a rebuild at that price.
If you are going to work on the clutch hydraulics imo better change everything related to the system WYIT. Blue hose, slave and pipe between master & slave.

I didnt try sunset though so maybe they are cheaper, my money was tight since my brake mc needs replacing as well as the bias valve and reservoir. Seems like other things go bad when I'm trying to fix things that I held off and decide to fix.

Get a new one. I would also do the slave and the line while in there. Call Travis at Rennbay and he'll set u up. Mike

as others have said - don't rebuild, replace - the pitting that causes the leaking will not be repaired by a rebuild. You have this leak because you (or prior owner) wasn't religious about changing the brake fluid every couple of years and bleeding the old fluid out of the brakes and clutch cylinders. I have had the same cylinders on my 944 for about 15 years without problem - they don't last forever but they last very much longer if you don't let the cylinders get corroded

I could check sometime, but I think I changed the cylinder in my 85.5 only once, and I bought the car new - so 10 years isn't bad - I'd suggest changing both master and slave at the same time. make sure you have access to a pressure bleeder.
