I have a pair of shocks that I thought were good, but apparently is not. So if anyone is looking for cheap collapsed front bumpers to do a snub nose, and don't want to ruin a pair of good ones. Let me know.

With the rear bumper, you just leaving off those little side covers?

Could you post a few angles of the rear? I might wanna do that with mine...

Depad the bumpers.. sure, drill the shocks? no way. Those shocks saved my 88 944S from major damage when it rolled out of my carport due to a stupid mistake on my part. All I had to do was put a new shock in and I went on my way. Zero frame damage.
