Default Hell freeze over - Rear brake retaining pins

hammering it with mullet and it doesn't move a bit! Soaking in oil now.

Is it safe to use torch if I am able to remove the wear indicator?

I may just get new retainer pins...

Dude I had this nightmare a few months ago. Do yourself a favor and take the caliper off. Cut the pins out with a dremel and drill the rest.

Cut the pins flush with caliper and use a punch to finish the job.

Thanks guys... bought 8 of those pins from 944online. Put everything back together and drive it as is until parts arrive!

Hate dealing with rust screw

buy yourself a can of Kroil and use it on rusty bolts - let it have a few hours to work
