I don't know guys - I've got enough going on with the black 968. Just had to reseal the oil cooler block off plate and had the exhaust manifold coated while I was in there. The car has been down almost a month! I am going to run this white one through ebay and see if someone else wants to pickup the project.

I really want that interior, I just don't have the spare cash at the moment. Want to hold it for me until sept. 1? I like the grey seats as well. Still got those?

IT LIVES!!! Started monkeying around yesterday afternoon and today on the car. I turned the motor by hand - felt fine. Then I cranked it and checked for spark - had that. Followed that with injector pulse and then I noticed that some fuel was coming out of the hard lines.
I didn't have the flexible fuel lines yet so I ran down to Summit and bought some adapters for lines I already had. Hooked them up wrong and then after swapping out the fuel pump(thought it was bad) I figured that out.
Had fuel at the rail but nothing in the cylinders so I swapped on another pair of injectors and bingo - she fired up! I need to go through the car and clean some stuff up now but at least I know she has a good motor.

absolutely.... as all 944s and 968s (without their little motors running) are kit cars,
the ones with the stock motors still running are the rolling kit cars.
and with most 968s selling for silly money these days, when you get one for the right price, it's always a bonus.
