Default Sold - 1986 Porsche 944 Turbo (951) 78K

Here is a Porsche Car that really has no substitute for when it comes to a 944 Turbo otherwise known as a 951. I am selling what is easily the best sorted and well maintained 78,000 mile 1986 944 Turbo that's this side of the Porsche Museum in Stuttgart.

I am an active PCA member, Porsche Enthusiast and Open Check Book Owner. The Turbo is a Zermatt Silver Metallic over Black example with correct & original 16" 951 Part # Fuch Wheels. For the better part of my 3 years of ownership it has served as my daily driver. I am of the mindset that while a Porsche is a great car they should be driven!!!!

The car is a numbers matching, original, un-modified example and has a pristine interior. Prior to my ownership this car was owned by three PCA members/owners and only had 49,000 miles on the odometer when I acquired it in 2010. In the past three years of ownership I have thoroughly enjoyed the car and have put an additional 29,000 miles on it without fail. It has always been garage kept and is an accident free example and it will be sold with all of its service records, which I have in my possession.

Under my ownership, every conceivable 944 Turbo / 951 service or know issues has been performed or addressed and no expense has been spared. The common / known 944 Turbo / 951 issues which have been addressed include:

1.) Complete replacement of the rear axels
2.) Oil Cooler Seals & Gaskets Replaced
3.) Complete replacement of the infamous leaking power steering rack, pump and all hoses
4.) Fuel Pump and Upgraded SS Fuel Lines

Essentially this is a completely turn-key car which is fully sorted and can either be driven as is, tuned to you desire or converted into a track-day car.
I am asking $9,500 Firm and this car is available for viewing in the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area by Appointment only.

A very, very fine example of the 951. Sorry to see you're parting with it. If I didn't have mine, I'd buy it outright. I'm doing a total restoration on my '87 944 n/a and plan to keep it. I'm sure you'll find a buyer soon.

Nice car, what do you have in place of the ashtray in the center console.

Thanks for all the compliments guys...had a really great showing today..next step is a PPI....while nothing is ever a sure thing and the car is still available which I'm pretty confident the PPI will not show anything major.

Again thanks for all of the compliments and keep an eye out for a cleaning out the garage with thank you pricing for rennlist members.

I use that tray space for my iPhone 5 it's a perfect size. I'm curious about his set-up too.

Great looking car, glws!

....yes it will pass....older photos and also it currently is a cat delete as I run QQ tags in NJ which means no inspection or a front tag.
