It's been a year since anyone's updated this thread. How're these DIY hatches holding up? I've got two that need to be resealed (one on the car and another in the garage).

I would like to do mine. on a FB group, this guy is a pro who has qualifications and years of experience to back up his work. I'd be keen to see him do a DIY guide but it looks like it should start with a disclaimer as I think many might try to replicate his results and not quite get there if they don't do everything right.

I'm not on FB (or any other social media) - is there a way to contact Jason? I'd be interested in seeing if he'd be willing to redo my hatch. If you don't want to publicly post any contact info, could you PM me it (his email, phone, etc. - whatever you have for him)? I'm not confident in my abilities to tackle this on my own, and I'd rather have a pro with a track record do it than me fumble through it and producing unsatisfactory results.

I'd also be interested in contacting him to see if he might know of a qualified shop to do my hatch. Which fb group is this?

You might also suggest to Jason that he join Rennlist and do a write up including the product names and process used.
Sounds like he's the man and this is a pretty common issue that many of us will have to address at some point.
No doubt he could also get some side jobs through it if he's interested in that.
