Post Rennlist screen refresh, whew!

Am I the only person who dreads jumping from one "topic" post to another because you never know how many attempts it will take to get back the the main list? I am logged on at 53.3 and other sites never take this long or repeated attempts?

Go to your profile and delete all the cookies. This seems to help.

Sometimes there are too many cookies and we get fat from them.

I too find it slow when refreshing the forum topic list, or selecting a topic, and I have a cable modem. Of course, I always figured it was something between me and Rennlist.com. I'm using IE 5.5.

I also have a cable modem and frequently get "web site found, waiting for reply" on the bottom left of IE 5.x. Grrr, it sometimes gets to a point where I'm scared to select a topic, I'm scarred for life!

For some reason, Yesterday was extra slow. Both at work (DSL) and at home (cable). It seems better this morning.

Anybody else notice that the search fuction takes on average over a minute? That is on both my dad's DSL and my cable modem at school. Something needs to be done about that...

Serious.. just clear the cookies.. but make sure your browser is set to accept cookies.. you need them.

This makes a big diffrence. I do it once a week and have no problems. Longest wait for a search was about 15 seconds.

David M., just go to your personal profile and go to the "edit" page. The little pic is called an "avatar". The options are right where you set your signiature etc. I'm sure you'll figure it out.
