Question Part Number Needed: Intercooler to Pipe rubber hose

Edit: Now that I'm trying to figure out my boost problem (not reaching full boost), I remember seeing a slight tear at the lip of the short rubber hose that connects the driver-side intercooler pipe to the intercooler. It's the one that has two clamps holding it down. Can someone give me the number for this or tell me who sells it? I've seen blue ones from SFR, but my pipes are stock ones. Thanks again.

My car is missing the seal/o-ring that goes on the cap of the power steering fluid reservoir. No wonder it's all dirty under the hood in that area Could someone please give me the part # for it? It's for an '86 951.

Thanks!

sm

IIRC, also used in VW transporters (Watercooled - LT series?).
You may be able to get them more easily via VW.
Take the cap with you to make sure it fits.

I have the same problem, am trying to get an Viton O ring, car is hybernating so am not in a hurry right now, but would like to know how you solved this.

Take Care

Renn, I can't agree more!

I just called the local P-car dealer and they ordered it for me. About a week before it gets here, or at least that's what they said. Cost ~ $2.00.

Hans - I'll let you know what happens.

Now on to the vacuum leak...

SM, call SFR anyway, they have purocil in all sizes, as far as I know.
They have adapters too, and some beefier SS clamps to replace those flimsy factory ones, and then you could....................
LOL
I can't be responsible for getting you started so I'll stop there...
LOL

Hans, you can source a viton "O" ring from left over parts from a tranny shops, kit boxes, if there's one in your area..

Update-

Hans and others...

I got the o-ring today from the local Porsche dealer and it cost all of $1.44 with tax. And that's with the high NYC tax!

So far, the seal seams to have stopped the leak from the lid.

Take care,
sm
