9 speeding tickets, and you're 22? I suppose radar detectors are illegal in VA ( I seem to remember that) And they let you drive? I wouldn't.

Hehe no tickets here at all, and the car is under full coverage. We have like 5 cars registered atm so that may be why it's so low. I use state farm btw.
