Yep. I guess that the end of that. I still have fond memories of Powerhaus back in the day.

Call it what you like, but there were some really fast 951s that came out of that shop in the day... right Joe?

Ya there has been. Maybe these people think the world is really going to end and they want to go out and enjoy what they have left of their lives

That car has been for sale a pretty long time. I remember it posted here a few months back.

Yeah, being in Tucson I peruse the Phoenix CL ads for 944 stuff quite a bit, and have seen the ad for a while.

In this economy, I don't see the asking price being realized, but who knows.

Edit: I don't see a price in the ad now? I know it had one previously ( I THINK!) , I seem to recall being sticker shocked, but the car looks like a real beast!

Certainly David thinks he can get somewhere in the 20's for it. David actually could. That's not a statement of opinion... I've seen him do it.

The car itself is a beast. David did win a race or two in the thing... look at some old back issues of Excellence and peruse the Powerhaus ad. That would be this car. In fact, the 951 writeup from back in 1995 on David is this car.

That article started a career for me. Then it helped me through college. I should buy the car, right?

If only I was not in Indonesia.

I expected more. I'm sure your paying for the speed but some looks might help justify the cost

It looks pretty tatty for that sort of money. Sure, there are some nice aspects of this car but some of it is a bit old school now and can be improved upon. Still, I'm sure it's very quick.
