Default dream 944 drift car

i was surprised to see this in the lastest NZ Performance Car magazine. Japanese cars are very dominant in the drift scene and German makes don't get much love unless it's something really special.

here's a scan for your comment. at face value it looks well researched. I like the paint scheme. Is broadfoot still trading? the exhaust is on the wrong side and they lump the S2 and 968 engines together with a generalised statement. Otherwise it looks pretty cool.

It's more of an Me-109 scheme than a stooka though

It's a New Zealand mag David so therefore RHD. Means not too hot for the driver's feet!

I think it's actually pretty interesting. Clearly they have done a little research as many of the mods are on people's wish list in here. Don't mind the overall look either. Where do I sign??

The styling is a bit schoolboy - I certainly remember drawing a lot of cars in that kind of style. But it's good these cars are getting some attention. I reckon a drift car would mount the turbo on the other side up front though... Custom front end rather than Broadfoot.
