Default Sparco and Racing Dynamics 8V strut braces

Go figure that I'd wind up with two braces for NA cars when I own a turbo and a 16V...

These are both new and never installed, and neither come with hardware. Looking for $125/each.

Thanks

Doug

Great deals!

What makes them not fit on turbo/s2 models? I'd buy them both from you if I had a couple n/a's to put them on.

They want to lay really close to the shock tower on the driver's side, right where the A/C lines live. It looks to me like they'd fit fine if I'd delete the air, but it works on both cars. If you look at the R-D turbo bar it hits the driver's side further out towards the fender.

I have a coworker who TIG welds, and if either bar sticks around I'll probably just have him make me a mount that fits.

I think so. I have the KLA one, and I can notice the difference. Cruising around town you're not going to notice, but in some twisties you will. Plus he has them at a great price, you should jump on them before they're gone.

Those are an exceptional deal. I've never seen the Sparco bar, either.

Butters, assuming your car is otherwise stock, they do make a noticeable difference, even at low speeds. You'll find that your steering is more communicative, and that the wheel is a little bit easier to turn once you're past about 25% steering input in either direction.

The part that scares me is moving the a/c line & will it interfere with the brake reservoir ?

Doug,

If the Racing Dynamics Strut Brace is for a 944 NA then I would be interested, that is if it's still available.

Let me know and we'll work out the details.

Thanks,
Patrick

Racing Dynamics bar is sold--I was PM'd a few minutes after noon and already paid.

Be the only one you know with the Sparco bar--I didn't even know they existed!
