Default worth the buy?

What do the experience 944 lovers out there think about this car? Should I invest in buying this 951. It seems like it has a lot of maintenance record and up to date tune ups. Is this a good buy?

any thoughts would help greatly!

seems like a fair buy. i'd shoot him a fair offer after you drive the car and if you feel the car is somethign that you would like to own. look over the maintenance receipts and see exactly what has been serviced or replaced.

Oil change & plugs every 2500 miles is a bit overkill and presume the head was off for valve seals as says everything else was good. Seems like a fair asking price, 8k would be a fair selling price if everything is in order. I would carry out a compression and leak-down test as the head was recently off and a ppi if you don't feel confident to do it yourself.

Looks like a reasonable car, but beware, black cars always look better in photos.

What ever you do don't hand over the money until you have a PPI done on it by someone that knows what 951 are all about.Like mention it seem to be fairly prize. Also suggest you visite this place www.clarks-garage.com & do a little reading on "Purchasing a 944".

Since you are looking in Sac, I would recommend IPB Autosport for a PPI. Pretty honest guys.
