Talking The car I almost bought

A couple of years ago when I decided to move up the 944s ladder I almost bought this S2.The reason the deal fell through was the hassle & the price involved (at that time) trying to get it across the border & up here.
Even though the car has high mileage this is one of the best maintained S2 out there with records dating back the the original owner & by looking at it you'll never know that Rob the PO had used it as a dd most of it's life.
What a surprise I had tonight when I saw it back for sale again after two years. Hope it does find a good home since I believe the car is fairly priced at $6,850.00. Here are some pics of it.

I remember seeing that one when I was looking for mine, and thinking how perfect it was. Just out of the price range, or else it would be ME saying it was the one I DID buy.

Nice! I love the white/linen color combo. If it was on the west coast I might pick it up (or if I was on the east coast I'd drive it west!).

Do you have the link to the for sale ad?

that's a beautiful and well cared for S2!!! i think the asking price is very fair for the car and if i didn't just buy a new house i'd be all over it! i really like the white wheels with the white paint!

Well, instead of kidding around I could have actually tried to correct what you wrote:

*944 *ladder *bought *delete "didn't" *involved *high *maintained S2s *replace the with to *you'd *replace has use with used *tonight *I saw *priced

yes... as a matter of fact, he does pretty well with English considering it's his second language.

of course you could practice being rude in french (without any help from electronic translators, etc...) and see how you do.
